“We cook the way we do at home — slowly, with care, and only with what's best in season. The rest happens around the table.”
— Marco & Giulia Bellini, founders

Our story

Family cooking,
city elegance.

OLIVETO started with a single oven and recipes our nonna brought over from Puglia. Years later, we still cook the same way — slowly, carefully and only with what's best in season.

We roll the pasta every morning, bake our bread on sourdough, and get our produce from farms just outside the city.
